What happens after the free month?
We send a reminder before the trial ends. If you like Dekkan, pick your plan and pay monthly or yearly. If not, the subscription simply stops, with no charge.
Are there fees on card payments?
Card processing is 3.5% per card transaction plus AED 1.10, the same on every plan, and is shown transparently on each transaction report. Card payments are currently available for UAE stores (more countries coming); cash on delivery carries no processing fee from Dekkan. Full fee details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, right from your dashboard, no strings attached: your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then simply stops renewing.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes, a yearly subscription equals eleven months, i.e. one month free every year on top of the launch discount.
